In 2022, we generated 264 new jobs (7.4% growth) to reach 3,822 employees throughout the region, not yet including the new operations acquired in Costa Rica and El Salvador. Jobs generated outside our headquarters represent 6% of the total.

In the Progreso family, female participation has grown in the last four years. It went from 516 collaborators in 2020 (14.8%) to 661 in 2022 (17.3%).
